About Us
Marlene Lanphier
Marlene is a Senior SharePoint Solutions Designer. She made the transition from user to power user in the mid-90s when HTML hit the mainstream scene. As an early webmaster programming first-gen internet sites by hand-coding HTML, she taught herself PERL, then spent the next 10 years taking web sites to the next level of interactivity. Her shift into SharePoint was a natural progression. As someone who understands both code and design, her focus is now on creating custom solutions using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath. When not knees-deep in SharePoint, she enjoys sewing, reading historical and dystopian fiction and playing vintage PC adventure games.

Troy Lanphier

Troy is a Senior SharePoint Solutions Designer. As a long-standing member of the computer geek community, he has been hooked on computers since 1980, when his dad surprised him with a TRS-80 Model I Level II (16K of RAM). He has been involved in enterprise server infrastructure design since the mid-90s, training and writing about Windows technologies since the early 2000s, and implementing SharePoint solutions since the 2003 beta. When not working on or writing about SharePoint, he enjoys spending time restoring vintage cars, playing videogames, browsing antiques, collecting Red Line Hot Wheels, and building LEGO.
